Aivee Vault is an end-to-end encrypted password manager operated by Aivee for its own staff. Logins are encrypted on your device before they are sent. Our server at vault.aiveesystem.com, and the database behind it, store only encrypted data, public keys, your work email, and technical metadata such as device names and timestamps. Nobody at Aivee, and no service provider, can read your passwords from the server.
The extension reads the address of the page you are on and looks for login forms, so it can offer the matching login and fill it. Page contents and browsing history are never sent anywhere. When you submit a login form, the extension may offer to save that login; it is saved only if you click Save, and then only in encrypted form.
Your unlock password and private keys never leave your device. Unlocked logins are kept in memory only and are cleared when you lock Aivee Vault, after the idle time, or when the browser closes.
Your admin decides which logins you can use. No data is sold or shared with third parties. Data is processed by Cloudflare (hosting) and Supabase (database) on Aivee's behalf.
